Here are Jim and (presumably) Angelina from the 1997 UK edition of the book published by Orion (Gollancz).
I was going to caption this: What’s wrong with this picture? But it might actually be easier to list what’s right with it… or it would be, if I could think of anything positive to say.
Jim looks like a mindless tough guy firing a gun. Angelina (if ’tis she) is a swooning bimbo. And the ‘battleship’ in the background looks like a reject from that classic movie Battle Beyond the Stars. Apart from that, I love it.
